In the Dirhami Fishery Centre, a small fish plant is gathering pace. Dirhami Kalatööstus is an Estonian developer, producer and marketer of fish products.

The products are made from fish caught in the Baltic Sea and from the freshest Norwegian fish of valuable species and the highest attainable quality, salmon.

Our best known and the most popular products are hot smoked salmon (natural, with cheese, and with chilli garnish), natural cod smoked salmon, light-salted salmon (natural, with dill and chilli, with coriander and chilli).

Fish is packaged in a variety of sizes as pieces, sliced products and whole fillets.

Sampling packages of Dirhami Fish Gourmet products are assembled in accordance with the customer’s requests, and degustation events take place in the Dirhami Fish Café or any location of the customer’s choice.
