In our homely kitchen on Epi Farm, we use local produce to make fruit and berry ketchup, preserve mushrooms in marinade, make jams, herbal infusions and sugar-free flavoured water with natural juice.
Our specialty is all-natural local and partially organic ingredients. We only use unrefined cane sugar in the ratio of 15-30% as sweetener, organic Himalayan salt for savoury products, and if the preserve recipe requires vinegar, it will be apple cider vinegar produced in Estonia.
The farm is a holder of the Estonian label “Ehtne talutoit” (Real farm Food) and member of the international SLOW FOOD movement.
We sell or products on the farm as well.
Workshops and tasting events are available if booked in advance
