The aim of the grill house is to offer the local cuisine of Hiiumaa, using mainly local ingredients from everything grown and produced in Hiiumaa and Kassari.

The Grill house Lest & Lammas is located in the Kassari Resort. The aim is to offer the local cuisine of Hiiumaa, using mainly local ingredients from everything grown and produced in Hiiumaa and Kassari. Fresh fish, lamb and other meat dishes take up the main portion of the menu. Local fish, lamb, apple juice, honey, jams and herbal teas are just a small example of everything you can buy and try here.
In 2016, the grill house joined with European Culinary Heritage, a recognition for using local ingredients and local produce and/or following regional food traditions.
Hiiu Brewery’s program “The Story of the Beer of Hiiumaa” has been awarded with the EHE (Genuine and Interesting Estonia) label of quality.
