Liivimaa Lihaveis is a non-profit organisation established by Estonian producers of beef cattle Our cattle is raised on pastures in historic Livonia.

Pastures are certified as organic and our goal is to offer consumers genuine beef of high quality, and to ensure animal welfare by growing cattle in their natural environment – on grasslands.

Liivimaa Lihaveis products can be sampled and purchased in the "Lihuniku äri" shop at Ülikooli 2a in Tartu.
