Moosaka Farm smokes their own meat in smoke saunas according to age olds traditions.

The intellectual heritage of the smoke sauna, including the knowledge of smoking meats, has been inscribed to the list of Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity by UNESCO. In the Moosaka Farm, three different smoke saunas are exhibited along with tastings of local food, smoked meat being the centerpiece on every meal.
