Our hearty home-style breakfast:
• Fried egg sandwich on wheat or rye bread, made with eggs from the neighbouring farm, a crispy rasher of bacon and herbs.
• Proper Estonian oatmeal with jam made of local berries.
• Moist cake with seasonal berries or pancakes with jam.
• Mama Alla’s marinated sprat with quick-pickled cucumber (when in season).
• Home-made apple, red currant or rhubarb juice.
• Linden-blossom or mint tea with herbs grown in our garden.
• Barley flatbread with egg butter. A selection of wheat and rye bread as well as sliced farm-smoked ham and cheeses.
• Seasonal fresh vegetables from local farmers.
