Ristemäe talu
This is a hobby farm which grows young vegetable and flower plants in a historical location and sells them in the spring as well as produces a variety of spicy jams, syrups, juices and snacks.
Open: Spring season rom 1 May through 30 June: young plants are sold at the gate from 09:00 to 18:00
All year round at fairs and other events in Estonia.
Ristemäe farm produces salt-fermented vegetables and sprats in special marinade; we also grow young vegetable and flower plants for sale in the spring.
We have been selling our delicious products at the Viljandi Folk, Viru Folk and Augustibluus festivals as well as the Song Festival. You can find us at St. Catherine’s and St. Martin’s fairs in Tallinn, at Pärnu Hanseatic Days Festival and at the fair ‘Uma Mekk’ in Võru.
Our trademarks are KRÕBE KILU [‘crunchy sprats’] and PRESIDENDI KILU [‘President sprats’].
